Paying for use of facilitates and/or parking is acceptable but paying for access in itself sets a seriously bad precedent not only in Wales but to the UK as a whole.

Walkers/climbers don't have to pay for access, I don't mind paying for car parking or if there was a nominal charge for say maintenance of launching/landing sites Phil

we should all be entitled to river access it should be for all to enjoy

For too long,some of these so called landowners have used the disguise of fishing to bully,abuse,people,damage vehicles,and be openly violent to paddlers walkers etc,usually with full knowledge of local police,they need sorting out once and for all
