I was lucky that my son died at 32 weeks but I am very aware that before 24 weeks and he would haver have existed legally and thats not what i want for him or for his twin who would never have understood why he didnt matter to anyone except us. its about time we got some acknowledgement of what we have lost.x

I agree that there should be something in place if a woman gives birth to a child loss under 24 weeks - i gave birth at 20 weeks to 2 beautiful boy twins i have lovely photos as if therywere nore than 20 weeks - so personneley i felt hurt to find out they have never been acknowledge of being in the world evern though it was short

I lost my sweet Charley Ruth on 10-18-2013. She was stillborn & I have no documentation that she was ever even born. All parents should get to have a birth/death certificate regardless of how many week they were! They are still babies & they are still loved!!!!

This must be done for all babies. Parents need to have a record of their little ones short life no matter how short it was.

I have lost 3 babies 1 at 15 weeks by miscarriage a stillbirth at 21 weeks and a baby at 3 weeks old. No matter what gestation we lose a baby they should all be aknowledged. They did exist no matter what age of death.

I lost my son at. 22week about two mouths ago it hurts so bad knowing that he doesn't have a birth/death certificate he derived one he saved my life I had a bad heart valve and they didn't find it in tell I was pregnant with him he is mommy little hero
