Call EGM to discuss 9th Hole @ Inverallochy Golf Club

History

The 9th hole was modified a number of years ago resulting in the green being moved 60 yards further back and towards the out of bounds on the old railway line. The new green was created as a two tier green with bunker protecting the left side and out of bounds at back also right hand side. The bunker was later filled in after vote at an AGM.

Many members have found the new 9^th hole setup to be unfair and unplayable. After a request to committee to look into possible changes and modifications an official response from the committee stated that an EGM would have be called and to do so would require a minimum of 10 signatures. 

Although this quantity allows an EGM to be called, given the major rework that may be required to correct this set up I believe this needs to have input for as much members as possible. Due the current Covid 19 situation rather than post this on the clubhouse notice board this petition was created to reach as much members as possible.
