A question on impeachment of Yanukovitch

Dear,

First of all: not so many, but all in all signatures from lawyers from half the EU member states.. thanks a lot!! It is still needed, so share via Facebook button on top of the petition.

Question to all: several people ask me where to find that Yanukovitch is removed (or impeached or...) on a fully legal basis? I have no doubt, but where do I find that? I would like to find an argument against the allegations that he is not removed on a legal basis and thus still acting president and thus his request for help could constitute a legal basis for the intervention... etc etc.

Where can I find a description of the legal foundation (in English) for his impeachment?
