TRIMMING OF TREES IN WARD 82

Last night at the Ward 82 & Ward 56 joint public feedback meeting we again raised the trimming of trees in the Wards.
The head of electicity in the Region was present and heard the questions in this regard as well as the offers of the community to assist in both the wards with the tree trimming to prevent power outages. The Head offered to meet with the key stakeholders to devise a plan for the community to be invovled in getting our trees trimmed to prevent outages caused by trees touching the power lines.
This is a step forward and thank you for being part of this campaign to ensure a more stable power network
