RTI Act Amendment and Failed Points

Honorable President Of India,

Honorable Prime Minister,

Honorable Opposition Party  of India and Leaders,

Subject: Demand RTI SPECIAL Courts with Judicial Powers and Common man can enter to this areas.

India given Rti Act to Common man to know His Tax Spending areas.But Now in India no body getting information,no body getting In time information,No penalties,No transparency,No Voice Cc Cameras ( Supreme Court's Orders Violations), Large Number of Disposals not in time means they delivered in Two years to 10 years..is this transparency act.not at all.Only few people going to High Court.but Number Of persons not  going to High Court and Supreme Court after getting illegal Orders.Here Who is responsible for this.High System is Not for Common man.. advocate system highly Commercial.not like Consumer Forum.So need Rti Courts with Judicial Powers .Here Consumer can Go District forum,state , national forum, supreme court.. Super..But in Present Rti Is illegal.no body care.this Complete Quid Pro Quo with Wrong unlaw full,illegal,Most Corrupted Officials.Commision Delay,High Court system is golden Opportunity to Officials.So rti act is Complete fail situation.

And

No Annual reports to assembly,No District Reports to Commissions,No Penalties,No show causes,no compensations,No punishments.. means failed system in India.

So We Demand Immediately Rectifications must in Rti act.
