Rescind the new policies imposing fees and restrictions on the pickleball courts
To the Management of Riverton Pointe Country Club,
We, the undersigned homeowners and residents of the Riverton Pointe community, express our concern and opposition to the recent changes in the policies regarding the use of the pickleball courts. Specifically, we are addressing the new $10 charge per guest and the restriction limiting each household to only 3 guests at a time.
No explanation has been provided for the need to impose these new charges, which directly affect our ability to enjoy the courts with family and friends. Additionally, given the recent addition of six new courts, there is no evidence of court congestion that would justify such restrictions or fees.
We believe these changes are unnecessary and do not reflect the spirit of our community. Furthermore, we are deeply concerned that this could set a precedent for similar charges and restrictions to be imposed on other amenities, such as the community pool or fitness center.
We kindly ask the Country Club to reconsider these new policies. We urge you to engage with the community to find a more balanced solution that addresses any concerns without imposing undue financial burden on residents.
We, the residents of Riverton Pointe, are united in our disagreement with these changes and respectfully request their immediate repeal.
