Renault sabotaged me, sold factory faulty vehicle

"To: Renault South Africa Management

We, the undersigned, urge Renault SA to take immediate action regarding the faulty Renault Triber (purchased in Dec 2022, and fetched on 7th Jan 2023 from Melrose Arch dealership) which has had recurring issues since day 3.

The vehicle has experienced gearbox overheating, engine faults, and unbearable sounds, with the dealership failing to resolve these issues despite multiple attempts. As a first-time buyer, I was unaware of RMI registration requirements and now they're citing warranty compromise.

I did not di 45km service, however, the car has been doing this from 3rd day, what service did it want on the 3rd day? So this problem has nothing to do with service..

Their diagnosis says they found nothing wrong, till it stopped working, yet i send screenshot etc, on occasion i was on fast lane, the brakes went in so deep i couldn't stop the car, the fear in le was horrifying, is Renault trying to kilk me!? 

This car is bank finance, can you understand my frustration, payibg for something that is parked 😭😭😭😭this us titak ripped ioff, daily robbery 

I request Renault SA to:

Fix the car until end of warranty

 OR provide a brand new replacement
