Poor fencing issues located in Santa Rita Ranch Neighboorhood

This is a petition for the entire neighborhood of Santa Rita Ranch to force the builders along with the HOA to repair/replace the fencing issues. All of the fences located in SSR are falling over/failing/ and rotten. There is no excuse for this after only 2 years. This is poor quality and workmanship at the very least. The HOA should be assisting in resolving this issue with the builders in SSR. This issue is harming home values in SSR. As part of the responsibility of the HOA is to enforce the code of SSR. These fences are not up to the code and therefore this situation needs to be remedied. NO homeowner should have to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket to fix the problem after such a short time. Fences should be good to 10+years, not one year. The builders say its not their problem. It is their problem and this should be remedied at once to avoid further action.
