Petition for Accountability and Reform in the Human Resources Department

The Issue

We, the undersigned employees, are deeply concerned with the conduct, decision-making, and impartiality of the company’s Human Resources department.

We believe that HR’s actions in multiple documented situations have undermined trust, fairness, and accountability within our workplace.

Our concerns include, but are not limited to:

• Unequal treatment of employees, including favoritism toward specific individuals.

• Failure to address credible misconduct and timecard fraud despite clear evidence.

• Allowing conflicts of interest to influence investigations and outcomes.

• Dismissing or downplaying policy violations that would normally result in disciplinary action.

• Inconsistent application of company rules and standards depending on the person involved.

We respectfully request that company leadership take immediate steps to:

1. Initiate an independent review of HR’s handling of employee matters.

2. Establish safeguards to prevent conflicts of interest in investigations.

3. Implement transparent, consistent enforcement of company policy for all employees, regardless of role or relationship.
