PETITION FOR A SUBSTITUTE LECTURER FOR OFFICE PRACTICE ( Legal Secretary)

• We, the Legal Secretary students of EMC College, Thanduxolo Campus, wish to formally raise our concern regarding the ongoing lack of a lecturer for the Office Practice module.

Despite management being aware of this issue, no substitute lecturer has been appointed to date. This has resulted in significant disruptions to our studies and is negatively affecting our academic progress.

We repectfully request that the college administration takes immediate action to address this matter by ensuring continuity in our learning.

We, the undersigned students, therefore urge management to:

 • Appoint a qualified substitute lecturer for the Office Practice module as soon as possible.

 • Ensure that the appointed lecturer has the necessary qualifications and experience.

 • Provide a revised timetable and lesson plan to minimise further academic disruption.

We trust that this matter will be addressed promptly and in the best interests of the students.
