Subject: Request for Conducting Online Classes for the Entire Academic Year
Respected Sir/Madam,
We are writing on behalf of many students to kindly remind you of the commitment made by the college management to provide online classes. A large number of students, particularly those from remote locations, are facing significant challenges in attending offline sessions. Additionally, even students residing in local areas must travel long distances, adding to their daily struggles.
Furthermore, a considerable portion of students are above the age of 40, making it difficult for them to sit in a physical classroom for extended hours. An online mode of learning would greatly enhance their ability to participate effectively and comfortably.
Another crucial concern is the ongoing health situation. Since the government has not yet issued a comprehensive health bulletin, maintaining social distancing remains essential. Some students and their families may still be vulnerable, making it unsafe for them to attend in-person classes. Conducting online classes would ensure the safety and well-being of both students and faculty members.
In light of these challenges, we kindly request you to implement online classes for the whole academic year[2024 - 2027], as promised. This would allow all students who opted for online learning to continue their education without unnecessary hardship. We sincerely hope the college management will take this matter into serious consideration and provide a favorable resolution.
