No Homework Wednesdays
We, the parents/grandparents/guardians of Tattnall County, Georgia students, would like to see the Tattnall County Board of Education ban all homework on Wednesday nights. Wednesday is a day that many go to church. Homework given on Wednesday nights infringes parents/grandparents/guardian's and student's right to fully worship and attend church. There is limited hours in a day for parents/grandparents/gaurdians to get home, feed students, do homework, and get to church services on time to worship freely. This petition is signed by parents/grandparents/gaurdians who would like to stand up for their right to worship and attend church services freely on Wednesday nights, without the hindrance of Wednesday night homework.
