Currently, the School of Education is the only building on campus that does not have a gender-inclusive washroom. The closest gender-inclusive washroom is across the street, meaning students have to leave the building altogether for equal access to a washroom. This petition hopes to achieve the construction of a gender-inclusive washroom, so that ALL students have equal rights to choose a washroom that is appropriate for them.
