I met Julia at a mother's day school performance in the late 70's. Marjoric was singing to her "La sonrisa de mamá", meaning "Mum's smile". I have this memory of a lady so touched by her kids' words and feelings towards her. I don't know her beyond that, but I know her children very well from school and we are in touch after all these years. They are very good people, and their honesty and good nature are enough evidence of the education they received from their parents. In that sense, I can say that Julia has been a super mother and an asset as a citizen in a new country.

Julia Dávila es una madre muy dedicada a sus hijos toda la vida y desde que la veo en fotitos con su hija Marjoric me he dado cuenta que está estupendamente, eso es bueno para una persona de su edad porque se le ve activa, bien cuidada y sobretodo disfrutando de la familia.Como persona dedicada al cuidado de personas mayores creo factible la convivencia con su hija.
Ella es una mujer muy cariñosa y dulce y se da a querer por su carácter.

I find it hard to understand any Government who does not allow "good" people to join their families but will give everything to to non deserving leeches on society.
