In the interest of justice for the victim who was sexually abused over 14 years, this petition is important in jailing the perpetrators.

In my view that those 2 Deaf paedophile sisters should end up in Jail to having their punishment for what they have done to that poor lad for 14 years.. We Deaf doesn't need anyone sympathise us for our deafness at all.. It's true that Deaf people would end up to be isolated in prison but it have to be tough way for any crime that deaf person have to facing the sentence.. Everyone must be equality and fair.

They should be in jail. They are getting away with what they have done. It does not matter about them being deaf. All should be treated equally as hearing people! Shame on them. They should have not keep their kids.

Child abuse must not be tolerated by anyone irrespective of their age,gender,religion or disability. The scars of abuse last a lifetime and no sentence can really reflect the suffering of a victim, however to pose no punishment for a person because of them being Deaf is an insult to the child and our justice system and will prevent others as brave as this boy from coming forward.

I think it is wrong that these two ladies are not jailed for reason of isolation. All prisoners go through isolation at some point. The poor boy and victim has had absolutely no justice at all.

I am deaf. A long torture on victim for 14 years. Cannot be accept to allow couple deaf free from jail because they are deaf. So what? They done wrong even harmful done to the victim then shall be punishing. No matter whatever down to disabled that's not an excuse. Even one of my friend was jail over burglary that doesn't involve physical harm at all. Still sentenced him to prison. I don't see why this is different even it's much worsen case in deaf community as we will not accept this sort of punishment that is not give a message! Retrial please.

They can't be allowed to get away from it just because they're deaf!! Abuse is abuse. No matter what your disability is. They should be jailed. I wonder what mental state the victim is in now?
