To Jail the two Deaf paedophile sisters!

Too bad two sister deaf must go jail same equal with hearing, security work at prison use write on pad or little learn sign language. I not like see deaf sisters get free from jail nah best way stay in prison and other deaf people in prison like in USA, Europe, Australia and other counties too I feeling sorry for boy has bad memory and stuff in his life. I wear hearing aids and am legally blind. But I know the laws and follow them! I expect any person, disabled or not, to follow the law too. And if any person chooses not to follow the law, he or she she receive judicial punishment regardless of physical disability.

Deaf or hearing. We are equally same, they should be in jail for doing sick thing. Image a boy is our child. How and what will you do? Want them go to jail!!!!

The law apply equally to all and should be applied as such. The victim is the only consideration in this case.

Deaf people are no different to hearing people. The sisters should be in jail!

Have to stop this patronising behaviour like it's ok to give permission to these vile sisters cos they are deaf??? Get a grip

Deaf people complain they feel unequal to hearing people, well there's this chance to be really equal, if these evil deaf ladies go to prison like any normal people!!

I don't agree to let Deaf sisters free because of communication but I am profoundly Deaf and BSL my first language I believe all equal to receive the equal sentence.Not to judge their Deaf.

I disagreed that Deaf sisters are free because of communication. I am profoundly Deaf and I believe that they should received equally sentences but not judge them as Deaf sisters. They are guilty for abused child!

Do not petty the deaf ladies because of their disability. Deaf or hearing - laws are laws. They deserve to be isolated for their crime.

I think it will send a negative view that deaf people can get away with crimes. Also there are some deaf people I know are currently in Prison for more than 8 years serving their sentence and they are languishing in isolation. The judge should have a common sense to sent those two deaf women to rehabilitation centre and be on sex offenders register for life after abused a young boy for 14 years. Please reverse the sentence to jail deaf paedophile sisters to prison to pay for their crimes.

I am deaf myself and I can do it independent so why judge thinks those paedophile deaf women don't understand cos they are deaf? No way! They do understand and they do know what they have done. We all are equality to everyone. I cannot accept the fact that they walked free of jails even they had just destroyed the boy's childhood

Nobody should be able to get away with this because of any disability.

They deserve it.

it's scary to see this pregnant mum will contact small children via her child's kindergarten in the near future, if she go strike again - blame the judge's lenient decision !!

I disagree with that... I want they go in jail because I know them at small world that so horrible and boy still victim person.!

I know them well they should go to jail didn't matter about deaf both are vile and disgraced I feel sorry for boy

The law needs to protect victims not shield offenders and as someone who was involved in the initial disclosure of abuse from children it was absolutely heartbreaking. This sentence is disgraceful& the judge needs to resign in utter shame.

As I retired police officer who dealt with numerous victims of abuse,a large quantity if which were children,this is disgusting to me.It is hard enough to get convictions for this type of offence as it is without now using afflictions of defendants as excuses for indefensible sentencing
