Have a ship in the Channel. Process migrants on the ship then send them onto Rwanda via Manston (Kent) Airport.

I have to say I believe this to be the biggest of all the issues plaguing the UK in modern times. The UK government need to seriously and immediately come up with a plan to deal with it.
