Because Mike is one of the best managers I have ever had, he communicates, listens to our concerns, truss he's best to make everyone happy, and also will do anything the restaurant needs! He's an amazing manager and I don't want him to leave

Mike you rock! You've been a kind, caring, supportive, fun leader. I look forward to the days when you're leading our shifts and I can't imagine you not being there. (Especially hearing you karaoke in your highest pitch girl voice ;) haha makes me smile every time)
