I think about all of the problem was treated in the document. What remains glaringly absent is recognition that the profession has been infiltrated by incompetent, corrupt and/or uncompassionate individuals. To recognise and denounce this is not to condole the victimisation of health personnel. Rather, it would be a clear indication to users that issue is being regarded without complacency or bias. To do otherwise would reinforce the perception of holier-than-though-art doctors incapable of accepting fault. Good luck to us all.
