Change to VAA cabin crew part time concessions structure

Are you proposing the change just applies to 50% crew or part time 70% crew also? I am 70% and My PAFT allocation is 1+3. If 50% crew were to get the same allocation as 70% crew currently get, what would happen to 70% allocation? Personally I would prefer to keep my FOC than add to my PAFT allocation as I usually only travel with my husband and so end up wasting 2PAFT allocatied tickets as they all have to be used at once. I would prefer to be able to split the PAFT allocation so I can use it on 2 occasions! Are you proposing that crew have a choice to choose between a FOC or An extra PAFT , depending on their individual circumstances, or if it is approved would the change be implemented across the board for all part timers? Perhaps you could poll part timers rather than petition, to get an idea of those for and against as this might give you a better idea of support for the proposal.
