Heat 50m pool - Bundamba Swim Centre

I certainly hope this petition comes to something. It's totally crazy that in such a cold place like Ipswich we don't have a heated pool. They have a heated pool in Townsville for goodness sakes! It would encourage so much more activity in people in this area too. Thanks for getting the petition up and running!

Please get a large heated pool. It would encourage consistent exercise and after our recent ratings and fat scale figures, that really should be a high priority!!

This would be a great to keep kids active through winter on weekends and school holidays. Keeping the pool open with wa4mer temperature will also give me more options to my programme.

Be great to this pool heated!

I would love to have the pool available all year round!

I work for CPL and a number of our clients would benefit from hydrotherapy. Unfortunately, there is limited access to heated pools in Ipswich. Due to current demand on existing heated pools, time slots fill quickly which means we cannot always arrange sessions for our clients.

The pool.could.then be used year round.

I enjoy swimming for fitness. Leichardt pool is far too hot for lap swimming- so I cant swim during the cooler months! We need the Bundamba 50 metre pool heated at 27-28 degrees- so people can swim and exercise- its as simple as that!
