the mandatory training, was there to bail out their empty chest, because of our actions they were forced to dismiss more than 11 people to retain their positions.

Why are brokers forced to do exams or mandatory training that has nothing to do in their field of work. Ie... Mortgage brokers who are forced to do mandatory training and pay the high and ridiculous fee for training specifically targeted towards Real Estate brokers?
This is wrong and abusive and shows that the OACIQ is just looking to grab money for no justified reason.
