Please show compassion and your love for stray animals. Beating and torturing strays viciously to death on the street is non-productive and

even teaches children that insensitivity to any living thing, including fellow human beings is appropriate.

Euthanize them humanely if you must decrease their population. Care for them. Spay and neuter them.

Educate your citizens to spay and neuter house pets, that eliminating unwanted dogs starts with limiting breeding.

Animals cannot speak for themselves. They depend on us. When you begin to show compassion, your neighbors and your citizens will begin to

show compassion.

And if an animal is tortured, abused, or killed violently, Please enforce animal abuse and animal torture laws already on your books.
