#15922016-05-23 21:57محاکم هر کشور در قلمرو سرزمینی خود اختیار و صلاحیت دارن و مسائل بین المللی اگر مدنی باشد در دیوان بین المللی لاهه توافق دو کشور طرف دعوی و اگر کیفری و از نوع جرائم علیه بشریت و نسل کشی و امثال آن باشد با موافقت شورای امنیت و نهادهای بین المللی در دیوان عالی کیفری بین المللی مطرح می شود . اما اینکه محاکم یک کشور خود سرانه و یک طرفه علیه دولت یا اتباع کشور دیگر اتخاذ تصمیم نمایند این تصمیمات مبتنی بر هیچ منطق و قانونی جز قانون جنگل نیست و بیش از اینکه یک اقدام حقوقی باشد مصداقی از یاغی گری و راهزنی بین المللی است باتشكر از همه دوستان محمد عباسيان |
