He was very well liked and highly respected for his abilities. He is one of the best weather reporters I have ever seen over the years. |

Jim was the speaker at our latest Walk to End ALZ last September in DuBois and I had the honor to speak at the event with him. He is also a great supporter of Specisl Olympics. I will be watching another channel if he is not brought back. |

He has done so many public service appearances and so much work for charity for the community. I remember Jim when he was on radio a long time ago and has been a part of the community! They need to bring Big Jim Back! Seams awful funny that no reason why he was left go, from the station management. They need to fess up and give the real reason why! The people that pay the stations bills ( advertisers ) need to pull their advertising dollar until they bring him back or give a solid reason why he was left go. Like they say Money Talks! WJAC has done this one to many times to their employees who are not only news casters, meteorologists...etc.....but many of us consider friends even though we have never meet. I get up in the mornings and turn on the news just for the banter that makes me smile every morning....I haven't been smiling since they left Mr. Burton go.
