the last bus at 9 pm makes it impossible for some people to visit relatives or go out at night. Cars are being discouraged on the rock yet the taxi service is all but no exsistent

Would be wonderful to have a service at night. I sometimes feel isolated not to be able to go out for a meal at night without paying for a taxi home. As a pensioner taxi fares are expensive.

A night time bus service would be greatly appreciated. It would also assist town centre restaurant facilities because at present elderly residents find it very expensive to use a taxi in the evenings to go for a meal.
