because we need to convict the guilty and set the innocent free. this barbaric behavior of those in POWER needs to stop. GET THE FACTS.

I sign this petition because I know how it feels to be a innocent person charged with a crime that did not commit and there's absolutely nothing you can do about it

What happened to Innocent until proven guilty?

I personally believe that she was wrongly convicted of a crime, that she'd hasn't commit & the person who committed this horrific crime, is still out there or sitting in prison as of today. Should have gotten the death penalty instead of, Ms. Emilia Carr isn't far to her victims, herself & family as well. I'm going to stand behind her 100% till proven guilty otherwise, I personally believe she's inconnent.

Was just released after 8yrs. While I was at Lowell I was a tango confinement orderly & seen & interacted with this girl/girls daily... I honestly believe that out of the 4-women that where on D/R when I was there, are in fact innocent!!! On top of that I personally DON'T agree with capital punishment!!! Who are we to say who lives or dies? Wake-up people this could be anyone of us at any given time!!! SERIOUSLY!!!

Because I was incarcerated at the same institution as Emelia Carr. Saw the documentary as well. I think she may not be innocent but I think she was handed a completely unfair sentence. As young as she is she should be able to have a 2nd chance at life

Emilia Carr does not deserve to be on Death Row. It is very well known that Joshua Fulgham is a very violent and dangerous man. His wife reported him for Domestic Violence and she was very scared of him. I believe Emilia Carr was also very scared of this crazy and very dangerous man . I believe Emilia Carr was scared for her own life and was forced and threatened by this monster Joshua Fulgham . It was Joshua Fulgham that planned the murder of his wife because she was finally brave enough to leave him and she was taking the children with her away from this monster. Joshua Fulgham alone had the reason and motive for wanting to murder his wife. He forced a very frightened Emilia Carr into helping him commit this horrible murder. Emilia Carr is a very small woman . She is only 5' 2" and she was very pregnant with Joshua Fulgham's child at the time of the murder. Emilia Carr was unable to defend herself against Joshua Fulgham as was his poor wife .
Emilia Carr made some very bad decisions and should of got away from this man. She should be accountable to a degree for her bad decisions mainly for not coming forward and going to the police when she had the chance . It very well could of saved the woman's life had she done so. It is clear she very manipulated by Joshua Fulgham I believe in a great degree due to her fear of his very violent nature. I would plead with Governor Rick Scott to please to stop this terrible injustice and remove the penalty of Death from this poor woman. Please give her a sentence with the possibility of parole if you believe she is partly to blame for this woman's death. Please take Emilia Carr off of Death row. The real monster and killer of his own wife is Joshua Fulgham. It was never this poor woman , Emilia Carr who is now held responsible and suffering in his place on Death row.

A people can say evolved when it turns into murderess to get justice. What do you need to fight terrorism to the Muslim claim to be superior because free, democratic, When we act like them? There is no justice with the death sentence ! A nation where it is in force the death sentence is not an example of civilization.We Europeans have a thousand faults , but we have learned that the murder was not a punishment and it is not a solution .

You don't have fun anyways to keep these people in here seriously I think you guys need to just look at your books and seeing how much money you guys do to have these people in here first stupid stuff little stuff things that are like not even worth you got murderers and killers and rapists that you're letting go and also letting other people go they do need to be there that's how I feel and I'm so I'm signing the petition

 True I agree. Most signature don't work anyway, it all depends on what it's for. I believe if she get a million signature it won't help her. Raising money for a good defense lawyer is a better way to go.
