Flock camera amenity petition

-Install Flock license plate reader camera system at all three entrances of ILE facing inwards to capture plates of vehicles coming into ILE 

-  That this Flock LPR system would be considered a permanent system and therefore maintained and budgeted as such.

- The Flock LPR system can only be administered by current property management company(no board members to have access).

- The property management company can only allow access to law enforcement agencies.

- The property management company will not restrict any Federal, State, or local law enforcement agency from accessing that system unless prohibited by law or court order.(This is granting all Law Enforcement agencies access)

- The flock system will have full law enforcement access with all Law Enforcement agencies having access.
