Concerns regarding non-payments

RE: Concerns regarding Learnership

We're writing to express our deep concerns and frustrations regarding the ongoing issues with our Learnership program. Despite our efforts to communicate, we've been met with unacceptable responses and actions. Specifically, we highlight:

- Non-payment of stipends for 3 months

- Lack of tangible responses to our inquiries

- Repeated delays in payment

- Threats made by security personnel towards students

- Verbal communication issues and intimidation with lawyers

- Breach of contract without settlement

- threat with firearms on premises

- Failure to uphold code of conduct

We urge immediate attention to these matters to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment.
