This is the last chance to sign the petition calling for changes to Life University’s attendance policy and academic structure.

We are asking for:

• Reinstatement of LifeFlex

• Return of recorded lectures

• Re-evaluation of rigid attendance enforcement

• Support for students in both the Legacy and New Curriculums, especially as clinic demands increase

This is about building a system that supports student success, not one that punishes or restricts it.

Hey everyone,

First and foremost — thank you to everyone who has already signed and shared this petition, and pecial thanks to those who have provided testimony in the comments. Your support is making a real difference, and this momentum is proof that we’re not alone in wanting a better experience here at Life University. 

This petition isn’t just about attendance — it’s about restoring student autonomy, increasing flexibility, and setting our future doctors up for success.

We are calling on administration to:

• Reinstate LifeFlex options for students who need to balance class, work, and life obligations

• Bring back recorded lectures to support different learning styles and life circumstances

• Re-evaluate the rigidity of the current attendance policy

• Address concerns with the Legacy Curriculum, which continues to overload students without room for adaptability

• Plan proactively for students in the New Curriculum, who will need schedule flexibility once clinic and outpatient responsibilities begin, so they can meet required patient numbers and avoid failing clinic due to conflicts outside their control

This is about building a system that works with us, not against us — one that prepares us for real-world practice without unnecessary burnout or fear-based top-down control.
