We, the undersigned members of the Diocese of the Highveld petition Bishop Charles May through the leadership of ACSA.

We therefore demand the following actions be implemented no later than 26 July 2025:

1. Unconditional reinstatement of All suspended and dismissed clergy and
   laity.
2. A full Forensic Audit of all Diocesan, Guilds, HABSAR, and Family Day Accounts.
3. Cancellation of all Parish Assessment Arrears.
4. All vacant Parishes to be filled with Incumbents from within the Diocese.
5. Immediate reinstatement of Revd Kutoane Molefi as Chaplain of the Mothers’ Union and St Mary’s Guild, and Revd Sanele Nhlapo as
   Archdeacon of Igwa.
6. Parish Groups must not be used to finance the Diocese. Asking parishioners to separately raise funds for the Diocese, is like milking one
   cow many times! This sabotages the assessment program of Parishes.

Failure to respond to these demands will result in a Total Shutdown of theDiocese and none payment of Assessment beginning on 2 August 2025.“Laity In Action – Reclaiming & Restoring The Highveld Diocese
