Enough is enough.

It’s time for a petition to demand what this team truly deserves — a real coach who can lead, inspire, and bring out the best in this list.

Justin Longmuir is not that coach.

He can’t motivate the team.

He refuses to drop underperforming players.

His game plan is outdated and predictable.

He carries visible nerves that seep into the playing group.

He plays favourites, and the players know it — performance doesn’t matter when selection is guaranteed.

This culture has led to repeated, uninspired performances. Three wins in a row is his ceiling — and that says it all. He’s not capable of sustaining success. We’ve already wasted two years, and we’re staring down the barrel of a third.

And let’s not forget — this is the fifth year of our five-year plan, where the club boldly stated we’d achieve three top-four finishes and a premiership.

None of that has happened. Not even close.

This isn’t a young list that needs a rookie coach learning on the job. And when he fronts the media? It’s the same tired lines, week after week — no accountability, no fire, no vision.

We deserve better.

Don’t accept this as the standard. Demand change.
