We, the students of Rutherford Technology High School, respectfully request the introduction of school-branded hoodies and appropriate school leggings as part of the official school uniform. Many students feel more comfortable, confident, and focused in clothing that allows for warmth, flexibility, and movement — especially during colder months. By offering branded options that still represent the school’s identity, we believe this change would increase overall uniform compliance, improve student morale, and reflect a more inclusive approach to student needs. We ask that this idea be considered in collaboration with the school community.
