Petition supporting the Children's Paradise Detsky raj Ostrava

Dear members of the MOaP Council, Dear Representatives,

as citizens of the city district in which you represent us, or people who are not indifferent to what is happening in the district, we decided to express our disagreement with the procedure in the case of termination of the lease to the managers of the Children's Paradise Ostrava.

Over the past six years, when the children's paradise of the previous operator had been, the work of both owners and their staff with the utmost care, dedication, and love of children has led to a fundamental shift in the quality of life of families with children in our city district. We perceive this argument as absolutely indispensable in discussing any changes to the operator's question of the facility. We are convinced that the kindness and sacrifice of the owners and employees deserve more than just formal monitoring of the contractual provisions, but respect, recognition, thanksgiving and willingness to help in times of need. We cannot understand that such an important service to the people in the district is gambling, instead of acting and seeking solutions. We perceive the current situation of the city for the unfortunate solution regardless of the needs of the population and the merits that Mrs Kunešová and Mrs Mérová undoubtedly have. He deserves another approach.

Where there is a will, there is a way. In the interest of all families and their children, regular or occasional visitors to the Children's Paradise, we ask for a revision of the position regarding the termination of the rental agreement with the Children's Paradise and the drafting of an amendment that will guarantee the completion of the originally agreed ten-year lease even under the new legal form of the company.
