PETITION FOR MUNICIPALITY BUSES (GLENWOOD & BULWER AREA)

RE: REQUEST FOR MUNICIPALITY BUSES /GLENWOOD (BULWER)    

We are residents of Glenwood and Bulwer area. We are writing this letter to request for municipality buses to be placed in our area. We live in a community that has several schools such as Glenwood Boys High School, Glenwood Junior Primary School, and Glenwood Community pre-school to name a few. Moreover, we have a number of workers who have to walk a distance for them to have access to public taxis. Many of us have to use Uber to travel to work and town due to the lack of public transport close to our area. 

The use of Uber and the hiring of private transport is not practical for many of us because of the high fees. There is an urgent need for the buses to be added in the area. Having access to public transport will allow students, workers and the elderly to travel safely. Attached hereto is a copy of the petition signed by the residents in our area.    

We hope this request will be attended to promptly and we look forward to hearing from you.
