Petition for Air Conditioning
We the residents of the Bethany Apartment building petition Peabody Properties for the right to access air conditioning year round.
There are times during the year when the air conditioning is unavailable to use and the apartments in which we live rise to extreme temperatures. With the inability to open windows more then a few inches and the restriction to have our own window air conditioning unit we are unable to make our homes a comfortable temperature. This subjects ourselves and those of which have animals to cruel living environments.
The undersigned petitioners therefore ask that Peabody Properties allow each resident access to air conditioning and heating all year round.
