Open up SEQ green zones

Hi to you all , it has come to my attention over the past few years that having green zones might not be as effective as for say a complete closure on certain species for a certain amount of time , and several times a year , so I would like the state gov to give us reco fisherman the chance and opportunity to fish where ever we like to fish and target certain fish for a limited time every year , in saying this I propose that the state gov abolish all green zones and have closures a few times a year for certain fish , this will allow us to fish all year long but we will have to keep to a target of designated type of fish , eg: palagics run at a different time of the year aposed to coral reef fin fish , we certainly must still keep in place nursery grounds and the fisheries need to impose size limits , I strongly believe that this is a substainable way to keep the fish growth and the recreational fishos both happy
