Kwin has been putting colour to pavement for over 20 years now. Friday & Saturday nights see her outside McDonald's on the corner of Swanston & Lonsdale Streets in Melbourne's CBD.
Now Melbourne City Council (MCC) want her moved. Over the last few months groups of armed MCC men come to move Kwin "out of the way". Out of the light, out of safety, out of view...next to the rubbish bin by the curb.
