That seemed to be one of the problems last time and the dropped all the duplicate IP addresses.  I just think that if they really want an accurate reflection, this type of petition or survey opens the door for trumped numbers -- whether for or against.  I would like to see a hard survey sent to each address but then they cannot manage the money they have and would probably misuse the funds to do that correctly.  Cobb County used to be the most desired county.  Not so much these days.  Sad.
