#16 Kindeswohlgefährdung2015-01-30 20:43Die von bestimmten Vätern gezielt betriebene Destabilisierung der (Alleinerziehenden) Kindesmutter in Form von psychischer Gewalt und emotionalem Missbrauch stellt die allererste Kindeswohlgefährdung dar, insbesondere wenn es sich um Babys und Kleinkinder handelt. Diese leiden nicht darunter, dass sie keinen Umgang haben, sie leiden aber unter einer Mutter die absichtlich in die Verzweiflung getrieben wird und Symptome entwickelt wie Schlafstörungen, innere Unruhe, Angstzustände, depressive Verstimmungen usw. Wenn Mütter gezwungen werden abzustillen, um den Umgang nach Wünschen des Vaters zu gewährleisten, bleibt ebenso das Kindeswohl auf der Strecke. Es ist immerzu ein bestimmter Typ Mann bzw. Vater mit dem die Konflikte vor den Familiengerichten derart eskalieren, nämlich in der Regel narzisstische/ dissoziale Väter, denen es eben nicht um das Wohl Ihrer Kinder geht, sondern um Macht über ihr Opfer, die Kindesmutter. Oftmals wird diesen Vätern mit dem Umgang das perfekte Instrument zugespielt, um ihre Opfer weiter zu zermürben, das Kind!
Alle anderen Väter, die echtes Interesse an ihren Kindern haben, schaffen es, sich mit der Mutter zu einigen. Wenn das dem System endlich mal auffallen würde, könnten sich Gerichte, Jugendämter und alle weiteren Beteiligten viel Arbeit sparen, was ebenso durch eine Vermeidung immerwährender Rechtsstreitigkeiten dem Kindeswohl dienen würde!
