/ #1332014-08-14 22:49As a child growing up I was very aware of all of the hard work,time & dedication that my father,the members of his Lions Club & other Lions Clubs in other areas gave to help fundraise for the originally named Lions Hospice.Also,unfortunately my mother in law spent her last few days at the Hospice,I would not have known that we could get help if it was not for my father who obviously knows a lot more about what services the Hospice provides.I feel it is wrong to eliminate the 'Lions' from the title of the Hospice as it is an insult to every member of every club who has fundraised for this cause. |
