Disgrace, more potential crime for the estate and there is a lot of children play in the area where this is proposed ... more need upgrade the estate.

Why should people who have lived in the estate now fear it for having a bunch of criminals on it all living under one roof, could be ok people who were in the tong place at tong time or could be thirds, murderers, sex offenders, violent or drug dealers. Who in the right mind wants to live near people like that having the knowledge and not having the right to say or do anything!

My sister lives right next door to this terrible house with no consideration to her and her children this is a disgrace !!! There could be pedofile and drug dependants living here total and utter disgrace with no thought to decent law abiding folk!!! Paying full rent may I add!!!! Signed Carole H

I completely agree that rehabilitated offenders need a chance to start again. However I don't believe that our 'system' will consider the Crimes committed before allowing offenders to be placed in a family residential area. Also as a home owner I'd be annoyed that my house would suffer from a reduction in value for which I'd possibly be left in negative equity.

Disgraceful to put a house like that in the middle of the community where I grew up and my friends and my parents still reside in the area. Hasn't there been enough crime down there without inviting more?
