Egal ob Welpe aus seriöser Zucht oder Welpe aus dem Tierschutz - diese Regelung hat ausschließlich negative Konsequenzen für Welpen, Züchter, Vermittler und zukünftige Halter!

Ich finde es nicht gut ,Welpen mit 15 Wochen zu verschicken, besser ist es ab 8-10 Woche,damit sie kein Trauma haben

An 8 week old puppy should be able to go to their new home at the age of 8 weeks. this is one of it's most important phases of her/his life and he should be at his new forever home for this.

what is with the socialization about this puppies , what will be with big breeds and litters with 10 - 14 puppies, which breeder has enough place in his living room to keep puppies until they will be 16 weeks old !!!! How can he give the right socialization for so big litter, that they are able to learn all for the new world !!!
After they will be socialized for the breeder family and not already for the new normal family etc. etc. etc.

The new rule is a bad rule. What were they thinking? The most important period of a puppy and it's new owner is 8-15 weeks !

It is not nessasairy in country's whom are free of rabies, there should be exceptions, also when the mother was vaccinated and there is no other contact with the puppy's. This rule is having a great effect on serious breeders.

Between 8 and 16 weeks is the most important time in a dogs life, to socilise and learn the basics. This time is best spent with his future owner.

Having a rare breed, the export of new blood lines is so important. These new laws make it difficult for someone who cares about the breed to want to import a dog, due to loosing this important bonding time. Many European breeders also worry about this bonding time and do not like to keep a puppy longer than 8-10 weeks. It is also a lot of extra work for the breeder to take care of the puppy this long. All in all these new laws only hurt us and our dogs.

It is so very importent for the new owner, at sozialisate his new puppy on his own place. A breeder with for ex. 6 puppies, not can sozialisate each of the puppies from 8-16 weeks. I have seen this very often, when I bought a breeding- showdog older as 10 weeks, what this puppy not have learned until 4 month in age, it never will learn in the future. The time from 4 weeks until 16 weeks is the most importent in a dogs life.
