Because it is unfair to punish someone when you have no definitive proof they did anything. He shouldnt have to turn over his private telephone- its his private property and not property of the NFL therefore, he legally didnt have to turn it over. He did not commit a crime or break the rules as far as legalities go- making assumptions is all this is- a freaken witch hunt that is nauseating!!!!

I signed it because the punishment was not fair or called for there are worse things going on in the NFL than balls missing some gas.
