We have to make every effort to save the profession

Unless pharmacists unite to secure their future, there will be no future for them because medical schemes will certainly deny us and our profession even the crumbs.

Because it is a fair request and will help to stop corrupt and devious practice by medical aids. Why do formularies exist at all ? Why preferred providers if same prices are charged ? Why a penalty for patients even if same prices are charged? All these point to a corrupt system where the excuse is that patients benefit but it is the medical schemes that ultimately score.

We cannot afford Medical Aids to dictate to us. It is not constitutionally correct. For just once pharmacists need to stand together.

I concare , this abuse has been going on for far too long. Medical Aids are law unto themselves

To show tangible support to fellow pharmacists in their efforts for improvements to a profession which is much sought after by the profession but is being strangled to extinction through the combined efforts of BIG business and GREEDY medical aids !
