We have a holiday home in Marloth and don't need barking dogs and cats depriving us of the beauty of the bush.
Guest#2 Jul 21, 2016, 08:04
Prevention of animal disease transmission
Guest#3 Jul 21, 2016, 08:39
Because thats a by-law of Marloth Park that a lot of people just ignore.
Guest#4 Jul 21, 2016, 08:57
Pets are a risk to the whole Eco system of Marloth Park and Kruger
Guest#5 Jul 21, 2016, 08:58
Because Marloth Park is a conservation area and no pets should be allowed.
Guest#6 Jul 21, 2016, 09:14
Marloth Park is a nature conservancy. Pets are kept in towns and cities.
Guest#7 Jul 21, 2016, 09:14
Health and safety of our wildlife and quiet invirement. If a dog is alowed . I love big Boerbulls , it wil create choas . It wil open a door that can never be clossed. I can just as wel pack up and move back to the city.
Guest#8 Jul 21, 2016, 10:43
Because it is a law and should be enforced
Guest#9 Jul 21, 2016, 11:45
Do not want pets in MP.
Guest#10 Jul 21, 2016, 12:04
Requesting Nkomazi to fulfill it's obligations in terms of the Marlothpark bylaws.
Guest#11 Jul 21, 2016, 13:10
Because it is one of the bylaws of Marloth Park that pets are not allowed. Pets may carry disease which can endanger the animals of Marloth Park.
Guest#12 Jul 21, 2016, 13:30

Get the dogs and cats out it isn't there place by laws are bylaws stick to them

Guest#13 Jul 21, 2016, 14:54
We dont want pets in a Conservancy
Guest#14 Jul 21, 2016, 15:37
Agree with the motion
Guest#15 Jul 21, 2016, 16:02

Domestic animals may endager the Wildlife in Marloth Park by spreading diseases hence the restrictive by-law... let's be conscious about how we preserve our natural enviromnment!!

Guest#16 Jul 21, 2016, 16:49
There is enough wild animals to enjoy, no pets, they cause sickness and domestic problems!
Guest#17 Jul 21, 2016, 18:31
To ensure the spirit of Marloth as it was intended will survive. Pets bring disease to wild life
Guest#18 Jul 21, 2016, 20:03
This is a nature conservation area. NO pets!
Guest#19 Jul 22, 2016, 08:04

if something is not done soon this problem will escalate, there appears to be no follow through on the issuing of fines so people will adopt the attitude of "why should we care, nothing will happen"

Guest#20 Jul 22, 2016, 11:39
Marloth Park is a "Holiday - Safari Park" where wild life roams freely. We are privileged to be able to share this piece of paradise with THEM. Domestic animals should in NO WAY be allowed to invade the wild!
Guest#21 Jul 22, 2016, 13:56
We have just lost a whole pack of Wild Dog due to canine distemper, and we all know that is from domesticated dogs. Don't place a death sentence on our wildlife.
Guest#22 Jul 22, 2016, 16:23
Owning animals in a wildlife reserve is absolutely childish and incomprehensible! The risk of the wildlife being subject to disease and infection from domestic animals is enormous! Under no circumstances should people be bringing animals into an already compromised ecosystem. .. the very thought of it is nothing but ludicrous!
Guest#23 Jul 23, 2016, 04:31
Because I feel that the wild animals in Marloth Park are the only animals to be allowed there as we move to MP for a reason, and that is to live in nature with the wild animals in their natural habitat
Guest#24 Jul 24, 2016, 08:37
against the by laws.
Guest#25 Jul 24, 2016, 10:48
Because we own a home in Marloth, when we moved to Marloth 13 years ago, we had two dogs, I had to re-home them because of the rules, I was fully aware of these rules & it was heartbreaking but its a decision that has to be made in order to live in the conservancy. So other people should either respect the rules or rather not choose to live there - it's simple.
