Jacob can not speak for himself so we need to be his voice. Sanders knew what he was doing. Sanders has previous encounters with the law he is obviously is a danger to others since he did not learn from his previous crime. Also Sanders is 14 carrying a gun he had to of had the intention to use it.

There is no known therapy that can create a conscience in someone. This killer has demonstrated that he does not value human life.He made a choice and must live with the consequences. He did not act like a child and should not be treated as one. He is clearly antisocial and should not be allowed to interact with society once he is 18.

He committed an adult crime. Let him suffer adult consequences. He knew when he was toting around a gun in his possession, what harm that gun could do. Things are out of control. If this kid goes through the courts as a juvenile. He will be back out on the streets at 21. Who will be his next victim?
