Terrible way to treat an animal..Put these people to hard labour in the worst conditions available..they dont deserve anything better..be cruel to them as they are to this poor dog who didn't ask to be treated with such cruelty..just terrible

This is totally unacceptable in a civilized society. I hope and pray that the officials will do what is right and nail this SOB to the wall. If not, it might well happen to a human being next time.

The person(s) responsible should be investigated since it is likely he/she has abused other pets, probably a spouse, children or elderly and shoud pay for ALL his/her crimes.

The draging of this poor defenceless animal and the action taken against this evil draws a clear picture of a country that will be brought to its knees by way of global rejection should it not pull its moral standards to a level with basic respectfull himanity, its one thing eating this amimal as culture has determind but another to use this animal as a way joy by dragging it to its death with total disregard to yje pain and suffering endured, if this is how korea will allow such eveil to to thrive in its country then i pray that god will take action through the good of this world and clear there excistance from this planet and is sad that a people can cause such pain and suffering in this day. This is a very very easy petition to sign. This person should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for this evil and callous action against an innocent animal. I cannot for the life of me think of a valid reason why anyone should want to do this. There should be no room on this earth for people like this, they don't deserve the oxygen they breathe.

Bad enough that Korea boils dogs alive for meat and skin trade, but to allow the merciless and vicious killing of a animal by dragging it behind a vehicle is just absurd!
