The constant no stopping cruelty done to pets is a major downfall of Humanity. We are suppose to be a civilized country yet our Citizens are evil and enjoy inflicting pain on innocent animals. Until our country takes these actions seriously and greatly punishes people like this, out of control abuse and torture will continue. These Abuser's, Torturer's, Killer's of pets are sick people and dangerous to society. Our country is beginning to look like a country of Evil Doer's never punished. We demand this person be taken out of society and not let out again. Your failure to do so is putting children and more pets in danger of torture. You can tell a lot about a person by the way they treat animals. Normal people can not do something this horrible. This person is psychotic and will abduct a child, abuse and kill a child. How long will it take our country's Authorities to make everyone in our country safer? Very little is done as of yet and people like this continue to get more pets and torture them. Pet Abuse is at a all time high and child abuse is at a all time high. When are people that are sick minded be taken out of society. Off of our streets. Away from Schools, and away from any more animals. The lack of action places the direct blame on the Decision Makers and so does the death of a child. All on your shoulders. Don't just ignore. Get them out of here now
